At Snack Moment, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you fresh, safe, and on time. Each packet is packed with love, sealed with hygiene, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most locations in India through trusted courier partners. If your address is not serviceable by our courier network, we’ll notify you immediately and help you find an alternative or issue a full refund.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals, special launches, or sales, processing may take a bit longer — but we always keep you informed.

To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Please check your order carefully upon delivery before breaking the seal.

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities and nearby regions often receive deliveries faster.
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier logistics.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as per current offers displayed on our website).
  • For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

You can also check your order status anytime under “My Orders” on our website.

6. Delays or Failed Delivery

We work with reliable courier partners, but occasional delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. While such events are beyond our control, we’ll do our best to assist you and coordinate with the courier to ensure prompt delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at contact@snackmoment.in within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
